All our sealing services include a thorough process to ensure your pavers are pristine and protected. The service comprises:
Deep cleaning of all joints, with mold and mildew removal.
Removal of organic matter and surface debris.
Application of degreasers for oil stain treatment.
Algaecide treatment to inhibit weed and mold growth.
A final power wash and rinse of pavers and joints to remove any remaining debris and old sand.
Joint sanding with Florida Silica Sand, followed by rinsing and blowing out excess sand from walls, door tracks, and screens.
Application of Ure-Seal H2O, a commercial-grade urethane water-based sealer.
